Refund policy

Overview

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Buildlab FPV, operated by Lisario Systems Ltd (Company Number 16691071). It complies with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Your right to cancel (14-day cooling-off period)

If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email to info@lisario-systems.ch). You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.

How to return an item

To start a return, follow these steps:

·         Contact us at info@lisario-systems.ch within 14 days of receipt with your order number and the reason for return.

·         We will reply within 2 working days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and the correct return address.

·         Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

·         Ship the item using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

·         Items must be received in unused, resaleable condition. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if returned goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund by email. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your card issuer, it may take an additional 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Non-returnable items (important for FPV products)

Due to the nature of FPV components and applicable safety regulations, the following items are non-returnable except where they are faulty:

·         Electronic components that have been powered on, soldered, programmed, flashed, or installed. Once these actions have been performed, products are considered used and cannot be returned for refund.

·         Lithium Polymer (LiPo) batteries once the sealed packaging has been opened, for safety reasons.

·         Custom orders, configured items, special-order parts, and products specifically built or assembled to customer specifications.

·         Items returned without their original packaging, accessories, or documentation.

·         Gift cards and digital products.

Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a right to receive goods that are: of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a product is faulty within 30 days of receipt, you are entitled to a full refund. Between 30 days and 6 months, we may offer repair, replacement, or refund. After 6 months, you may need to demonstrate that the fault was present at the time of delivery.

For any fault or incorrect supply, contact info@lisario-systems.ch with photographs and a description of the issue. We will cover return shipping costs for confirmed faulty items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to swap an item, please return the original and place a new order separately.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@lisario-systems.ch within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
