These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

3. Eligibility
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence (18 years in the United Kingdom), or that you are the age of majority and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws, aviation regulations, and radio frequency regulations).
4. Products and Pricing
All prices on the website are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and are displayed inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, specifications, and details of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer or mobile display will accurately reflect the actual appearance of any product. Manufacturers may update specifications or packaging without notice.
Product descriptions, including technical specifications, weights, dimensions, and compatibility information, are provided by manufacturers or distributors and are reproduced in good faith. We do not warrant the accuracy of such information beyond our reasonable knowledge.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. An order is only accepted once we send you an order confirmation email and the payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in product or pricing information, suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or shipping restrictions to your location.
If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund using the original payment method within 14 working days.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Detailed shipping terms, available services, costs, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.
Buildlab FPV operates a dropshipping fulfilment model. Orders may be shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouses in the UK or EU. Multiple items from a single order may arrive in separate deliveries. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which complies with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Important: certain FPV product categories are non-returnable:
· Electronic components that have been powered on, soldered, programmed, or installed are considered used and cannot be returned for refund.
· LiPo batteries, once unsealed, are non-returnable for safety reasons.
· Custom orders, configured items, and special-order parts are non-returnable.
· Returned products must be in original condition with all included accessories, packaging, and documentation.
8. FPV-Specific Terms and Customer Responsibilities
8.1 Drone Registration (UK)
United Kingdom customers operating drones above 250 grams (or any drone with a camera, regardless of weight) are required by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) to register as Operators and to pass the Flyer ID competency test before flight. Operator and Flyer ID registration must be completed at register-drones.caa.co.uk. Buildlab FPV does not verify customer registration status and accepts no responsibility for non-compliance by the customer.
8.2 Radio Frequency Compliance
Video transmitters (VTX) with an output power exceeding 25 mW require an Amateur Radio Licence in the United Kingdom and most European Union countries. Operation of high-power VTX (200 mW, 400 mW, 600 mW, 1.6 W and similar) without an appropriate licence is a regulatory offence and may incur fines from Ofcom (UK) or equivalent national authorities. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable radio frequency regulations. Buildlab FPV sells high-power VTX products on the express understanding that the customer holds, or will obtain, the necessary authorisation prior to operation.
8.3 Battery Safety (LiPo)
Lithium Polymer (LiPo) batteries require correct charging, storage, discharge, and disposal practices. Improper handling can result in fire, explosion, or personal injury. Customers must:
· Use only approved LiPo-compatible chargers and balance functions.
· Store batteries in fireproof containers (LiPo-safe bags or boxes).
· Never charge unattended.
· Never charge or use damaged, swollen, or punctured batteries.
· Dispose of end-of-life batteries via authorised recycling channels.
Buildlab FPV accepts no liability for incidents resulting from misuse, improper charging, modification, or unauthorised handling of battery products.
8.4 Assembly, Modification, and Use
FPV products are sold as hobbyist components intended for assembly and use by users with appropriate technical knowledge. Soldering, programming, flashing firmware, modifying, or otherwise altering products may be necessary for normal use. Such activities are performed entirely at the customer's risk. Manufacturer warranties may be voided by modification. Buildlab FPV accepts no liability for damages — to the product, to other equipment, to persons, or to property — arising from improper assembly, modification, configuration, or operation.
8.5 Operational Risks
FPV flight carries inherent risks including but not limited to: crashes, fly-aways, loss of equipment, property damage, and personal injury. Customers must operate within applicable law and only in suitable locations. Buildlab FPV is not responsible for damage caused by or during the operation of products purchased through our store.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions written by us, and software — is the property of Lisario Systems Ltd or its licensors and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws. Product images supplied by manufacturers and distributors remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission from us.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lisario Systems Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from or in any way connected with your use of the Service or the products purchased.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of our products is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable UK law, including statutory rights granted to consumers under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Lisario Systems Ltd and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party — including but not limited to aviation regulations, radio frequency licensing, and product safety laws.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms; such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
13. Termination
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If, in our sole judgement, you fail (or we suspect that you have failed) to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we may also terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that consumers domiciled in another jurisdiction may have rights to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence under applicable consumer protection law.
