Shipping policy
Where we ship
Buildlab FPV currently ships to the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We do not currently ship to the EU, Channel Islands, BFPO addresses, or international destinations. EU shipping will be available in future.
Shipping options and costs
All shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Standard options:
· Standard Shipping: £4.99 — 2 to 4 working days. Royal Mail Tracked 48 or equivalent.
· Express Shipping: £8.99 — Next working day for orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time). DPD or Parcelforce.
· Free Standard Shipping: on all orders over £75.
Processing and dispatch times
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 working days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day.
Dispatch from multiple locations
Buildlab FPV operates a dropshipping fulfilment model. We source products from a network of trusted suppliers in the UK and EU. Depending on your selection, items may ship directly from supplier warehouses. As a result:
· Multiple items from a single order may arrive in separate deliveries.
· Delivery times may vary slightly between items in the same order.
· Items shipped from EU warehouses may have slightly extended delivery times (typically 3 to 6 working days) and may be subject to customs handling — costs of which are pre-paid by us where applicable.
Estimated delivery times for each item are indicated on individual product pages where relevant.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Delivery delays
While we work with reliable carriers, occasional delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs (for EU-warehouse items), or high-volume periods. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch (10 working days for EU-warehouse items), please contact us at info@lisario-systems.ch so we can investigate.
Missing or undelivered parcels
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours, building reception, or your safe-place location, then contact the carrier directly. If the parcel remains missing after 5 working days, contact info@lisario-systems.ch and we will open a claim with the carrier.
Battery shipping restrictions (LiPo / Lithium)
Lithium Polymer (LiPo) and Lithium-Ion batteries are classified as hazardous materials (UN3480 / UN3481, Class 9). They are subject to strict shipping regulations:
· Surface (road) shipping only — no air freight.
· Delivery times for battery products may be slightly extended.
· Batteries are shipped in IATA/ADR-compliant packaging.
· Some carrier services (e.g. some Royal Mail tiers) are not available for battery shipments. Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping fee may apply).
Refused or returned parcels
If a parcel is refused at delivery or returned to us, we will refund the product cost minus the original shipping fee and any return handling charge applied by the carrier.
